Question by : How do I redo my absentee ballot for my new address?
I had an absentee ballot sent to my old house in 2008 for the election. I wish to vote in this election, but I don’t remember if I need to reapply for a ballot. Also I need it sent to my new address not my old one. If an absentee ballot is sent out but not sent back in can a person go to the local polls instead? Thanks a lot! PS- I live in Washington State I don’t know if absentee ballot rules differ per state.

You cannot use a ballot from 2008 because different people are running.
